Outcomes

Forest Ridge conducts outcome surveys for youth who have discharged at 30, 90, 180 and 360 days following their discharges.  Surveys are sent to parent or guardians and the placing or visiting worker at those time frames to help determine the level of success experienced by youth following their treatment program at Forest Ridge.

Questions that include education, family and social relationships, legal issues, and substance use are posed to the guardian and worker of the discharged youth to help Forest Ridge learn more about the level of success experienced by its students and what, if any, trends are present.  The outcomes are compiled over the course of a year and a report is prepared to assess various program components.

The following outcome study was completed in 2014 for students that discharged between fall 2012 and fall 2013.  Their 360 day outcomes would have been received in the fall of 2014.
